How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship the products in 2-3 working days

Orders within India typically arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays and weather conditions. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks based on product availability. Deliveries to Jammu Kashmir and North East India may take up to 12 working days.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched. A Whatsapp message with a tracking code and link will be sent to you. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us on Whatsapp number 7021643328. We  will get back to to as soon as possible.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?

We ship all our products via Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and EcomExpress, depending on the pincode.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues or wrong product delivered. Kindly note that we do not process color exchanges. Size Exchanges are provided for sizes upto 4XL. We do not provide returns or exchanges for sizes above 4XL. Please check the Size Chart before ordering. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a full quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.

If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.

Products must retain their original sticker label, be properly folded, and packed properly to avoid damage in transit. Without which, exchanges will not be processed.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch.  However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly.

If our products are specially made to order for you, specifically tailored to your specifications (size and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
